Started in 1983 by ceramist Charles Howell, The Potter’s Ensemble has been the working studio and exhibition space for  Southern California artists. Ranging from assemblage to urban landscape painting, stoneware to delicate watercolors - The Potter’s Ensemble is a space for artistic exploration and collaboration. As of 2011, Howell retired from his 30+ years of teaching art in Los Angeles public school system and now dedicates himself to the studio full time.
